Ms. Ruby, a Southern Knitted Babe

Well here she is Ms. Ruby (My daughter loved her name, and she wanted to keep it). It was so much fun working on her, and Abbie, my daughter, was so anxious for me to complete her. I have to admit I couldn't wait to see how she was going to turn out. The clothes were so much fun to make, and I even used some scraps from dresses I had made for Abbie.

I had to steal Ms. Ruby out of sleeping Abbie's arms so I could take her picture. Ruby is a Southern girl who is ready for Spring. She is wearing a knit halter top that ties on the shoulders and a small floral print skirt. For those dressier occassions she will be able to change into the dress at her side complete with matching panties. Abbie asked if I could make Ruby a friend. Who can refuse their daughter...not me : )
