The Challenge

So here's the deal. Purl sent me a little packet of materials that she picked up at the dollar store. The packet contained a variety of things, such as a piece of ribbon, a few bows, some little rosettes, paper and some other decorative trimmings. She initiated a challenge that we would both take part in. The challenge was to use as many of the materials in the packet, (we both had identical materials) to come up with an outfit for our babes. We gave ourselves two weeks to craft our creations and at the end of the challenge (today) we were to post our pictures here on the blog and let the crafting public decide how we made out. There really is no 'winner' or 'loser' persay, just two different interpretations, although there was much trash talking via email going on as to who would be the ultimate victor. (it's me by the way). So today is posting day, although we don't really have a closing time established I guess. Just thought I would establish the set up before the big reveal. I'm sure you're all waiting with bated breath. But it'll have to wait until later...!
