Challenge Result Ensemble

Hi, This is Clementine's latest ensemble which I am calling her Phoebe (from Friends) Peasant Chick outfit. The flower is actually her purse, and I have to say that it was my favourite item to craft. This was a fun challenge, although I am afraid that I didn't push myself nearly as far as Marti did. Great work Marti!

I think you should become a Knitted Babes accessory designer, because you do the greatest purses! I love it...and I love the whole Phoebe inspired outfit! Kudos to you...

I agree with Marti about the purse- it's really adorable! And I also like the blanket stitching, a nice detail.
So btw, is there a story to how you made Clementine's eyes?

Hmm, I guess there are a few factors. I had just bought a lot of felt and really, really wanted to use it, I am a fan of the Power Puff girls 'look', and I wasn't thrilled with the eyes that I had seen on other dolls and knew that mine would be different. I had toyed with idea of making her an albino but this seemed to be the lesser of the two evils.

Well, I don't know exactly what the Power Puff girls' eyes look like, but I think it's cool that you're making the design your own...
